Strategic Account Executive - FS sector - London - £180K OTE

We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join a global market leading software and services provider located in Bracknell (near Reading and London). If you're a proactive professional with experience of selling to financial markets and can demonstrate a wealth of experience in high-tech sales, then you may be the Strategic Account Executive that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will deploy authoritative business and financial acumen in order to translate customer requirements into meaningful business recommendations that add real value to the organisation. You will demonstrate a natural strategic flair in order to execute plans surrounding operations. Your strong leadership skills will be utilising both with managing others and enlisting the support of your team members. Further to this, your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be utilised in order to liaise with senior clients.

If you have a proven track record in selling and operating at C-Level, and have the ability to help develop business values for the customer, then this may be the ideal role for you.

Who should you be?

  • An individual with experience selling into the financial markets (Retail banking, insurance or capital markets)
  • A professional with experience selling to C-Level clients (CFO, CEO, CRO, CTO) with a proven ability to drive and close deal sizes of $250K and above
  • A strategic thinker with knowledge of database management systems, open source solutions and/or application development concepts
  • A candidate with a minimum of 10 years' successful high-tech sales experience, including sales of complex technical products to strategic accounts

Although not an essential requirement for the role, if you have previous experience selling Oracle (or similar) database management solutions or enterprise software as part of an organisation's infrastructure, this may help you to stand out from the crowd!
