A local Organisation is recruiting an on-line learning technical co-ordinator. This is a really busy, technical focused training support role working within a great team environment.
This role will be varied and busy in its activities. There will be a range of technical duties to support the Organisation’s on-line learning and digital resources.
Duties will include:
- Providing technical support to users of the Organisation’s online services and digital products
- Diagnosing and resolving any request for technical support from product users, liaising with training providers and customers
- Maintaining accurate technical support records and statistical data
- Assisting in the development and testing of e-learning based training and on-line content
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with experience of working within a busy technical training and e-learning environment. You will be experienced in a range of website operations, including on-line registration software, user account management, remote diagnostics, use of web browsers and IT operating systems. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of MS Office applications, including databases. You should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to time manage and prioritise your workload effectively.
