In line with the our Hotel policies and procedures, provide a pro-active and re-active maintenance service to the hotel kitchens, restaurants and associated areas, following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), under the guidance of the Chief Engineer, the Assistant Chief Engineer and the Engineering Supervisor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities·With the Executive Chef and the kitchens Health and Safety representative ensure all statutory training is carried out and recorded within the set time limits.·Protect the assets of the hotel and company to include any items of uniform and company tools issued.·To ensure Water supplies and drainage systems throughout the kitchens, restaurants and associated toilet areas are maintained & checked on a regular basis.·To maintain all catering/cooking appliances within the constraints of the role whilst not affecting personal safety or that of others.·To maintain all refrigeration equipment within realms of capability and to act as first point of call for breakdown challenges
