We are currently recruitingwithin the Quality and Facilities departments this role will support both the Quality Assurance Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure health and safety, quality and environmental requirements are being maintained and followed.

Performance Objectives

·Assist the Quality Assurance Manager and Facilities Manager in the implementation and maintenance of ISO14001:2015 across all group sites

·Undertake Environmental risk assessments

·Assist in improving Document Control across all of the management systems

·Internal Auditing to ISO14001:2015 and ISO9001:2015

·Internal Audit briefing and result follow up

·Corrective Action review follow up of results, outputs and conclusions

·H & S Risk Assessment and critical measures follow up of results, outputs and conclusions

·Assist in the communication of Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety policies and documentation across the company to promote and ensure compliance

·Monitoring and auditing of documentation relating to QHSE

Person Specification

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

·Good sound knowledge of ISO14001:2015 (or 2004); ISO9001:2015 and health and safety legislation

·Experience or involvement in the implementation of management systems

·Experience of conducting internal quality, health and safety and environmental audits

·Demonstrate an understanding of management systems and their importance within a multi-disciplined workplace

Education and Training

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours

Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
