About You

The role would suit an established Business Management Assessor or an experienced individual with strong people management skills and have the ability to make strategic decisions.

The Role

To effectively manage a high volume portfolio of QCF learners to ensure each individual is engaged, motivated and on schedule for successfully completing their qualifications and certifications. As this is a regional role, time management is essential as you be expected to undertake a vast number of appointments per week.

To be successful in this role you will

Have proven people management experience who is able to make strategic decisions
Ideal backgrounds would include but not limited to Store Management, Office Management. Operations Management and Area Management
Experienced in managing budgets
Assessing Qualification to deliver Level 5 Management, ideally ILM or equivalent
Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA
Recognised teaching / coaching qualifications – PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407
Experience of delivering Team Leading level 2 and Management ILM level 3 – 5
Higher Level Degree in Management / Admin.
Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)
Chartered Management Status
Proven ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
Effective time management skills
Possess strong face-to-face and telephone communication expertise
Have excellent social and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with professionals at a senior level
Be used to working within a target driven environment

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a UK full driving licence and access to a vehicle
