Business Development Executive (Telesales) Salary: £16,000 (OTE £25k) Folkestone, Kent An exciting new opportunity has become available at one of Kent?s fastest growing companies in our client?s expanding Business Development Team. As a Business Development Executive, your priority is to generate new leads with potential clients, over all media channels ? over the phone, on social media and via email. These leads will be in a range of sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy, and you will only be dealing with commercial prospects. Our client were recognized this year as Kent?s 4th fastest growing company and they have designs on the top spot next year. They pride themselves on providing a welcoming and friendly environment and aim to provide all the tools required to guarantee your success. Full training is provided, both in terms of sales training and product knowledge, so this role would be perfect for a candidate seeking their first step in sales or alternatively someone who feels stuck in a similar role with little hope of progression. Progression from this role to a member of the Field Sales team is a real possibility and has already happened for former team members. You will be joining only one other BDE and will report to the Business Development Team Manager. We would love to hear from people who;

The salary available is £16k with a £25k OTE, uncapped commission and Monday to Friday, 9am ? 5pm hours.
