Client Direct - London - £40,000 - Electrical Shift Engineer I am currently recruiting for a Electrical Shift Engineer to join a large static site based in Waterloo. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer to leave a facilities management company and go client direct and guarantee themselves a future in engineering. My client is looking for a smart, knowledgeable engineer to work on a days and nights shift, 8am until 8pm and visa versa on a site that’s challenging, rewarding and extremely unique. With this role you will offered a base salary of £40,000 plus package and OT opportunities.The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the required standard with minimal down time to create the highest possible quality of experience for all visitors. They must ensure full compliance with all safe systems of work and risk assessments and ensure through effective and proactive maintenance programs that all systems operate efficiently, effectively and safely.The chosen engineer will have an background in industrial engineering and ideally come from a background in production, manufacturing or printing so they are use to dealing with large scale machinery. In terms of equipment experience you will have experience pneumatics, hydraulics, air compressors and electrical fault finding.Tasks are but not limited to but will include:- Responsibility for the completion of all daily checks and start-up / close down procedures.Update all Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules and Work Orders.Organise preventative maintenance schedules for the rides and facilities ensuring all rides adhere to ADIPS standards and all ride related documentation is completed.Ensure ride down time is kept to a minimum and be aware of all issues pertaining to the rides inclusive of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, networking, air conditioning and control systems.Monitor the ride during daily operations and carry out any required reactive repairs efficiently and safely in a timely manner.Carry out effective preventative planned maintenance procedures For more information on the role please contact Tyler @ The InVictus Group on 02073975303.
