Sales Administrator - New build properties

A prestigious builder have a requirement for a Sales Administrator to join their new development based in Lancaster providing administration support to their Sales Advisor.

The Company

My client are a leading specialist property developer who undertake property conversions of iconic and finest historic buildings into luxury living accommodation.

The development in Lancaster will consist of 62 properties, a mix of 20 beautifully designed
1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and 42 contemporary 3, 4 & 5 bedroom new build homes.

The Role

Based out of their Sales and Marketing suite on the development the Sales Administrator will provide support to the Sales Advisor. Typical duties include:

" Co-ordinate stationery and marketing material requests for sales staff
" Meeting and greeting customers
" Forward enquiries to sales staff from website
" Sending out brochures
" Ensure plot files are updated with correspondence
" Produce inspection logs
" Send out relevant customer letters throughout the reservation stages
" Answer initial telephone enquiries
" Typing and circulating sales correspondence
" Liaise with third parties to include Solicitors and Financial Advisors to chase up paperwork
" Assist with customer care management
" Ensure the Sales & Marketing suite is kept presentable at all times

Skills and experience required

" Excellent administration skills
" Understanding of the house buying process
" Experience and knowledge of sales activity on site
" Confident with the ability to converse with people at all levels
" Team player
" Attention to detail
" Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
" Experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
" Professional and well presented

What's on offer?

The company will offer the successful Sales Administrator a salary of £16,000. The role can either be a part time role working Monday, Thursday and Friday (salary to be pro rata) or full time working Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Working hours will be 8.30am to 5pm.
