The ideal candidate will have around a years’ experience in removals and a perfect candidate will have had experience in international removals.3. Key Accountabilities3.1 Specific Work Aims:1. To complete tasks using the procedures set out in induction pack.2. Compliance with all health and safety requirements3. To use all materials efficiently and for the purpose for which they are designed following the company packing guidelines4. To work efficiently at all times with accuracy and care to ensure client goods and home are not damaged.5. Follow instructions from Team Leader in putting labels on cartons and completing inventories6. To support the team leader in all aspects of the job, and especially whilst on client site.7. Inform team leader of any items needing crating or special attention4. General responsibilities1. To be punctual and work in an efficient manner.2. All communication with client to be managed by team leader. Only speak to client if spoken to and redirect queries to Team Leader.3. To identify any personal training needs and seek training from Team Leader in the first instance, and then Operations Manager. 4. To take personal responsibility for decisions and set an example in terms of integrity, openness, and fairness.5. To uphold the organization’s and B.A.R. code of conduct.5.
