Finance and Payroll Assistant
Part time, 9 month maternity cover. To provide assistance to the Finance Officer in the production of sales invoices, so as to maintain the efficient operation of the Sales Ledger. i. Timely and accurate production of Sales Invoices through - ii. Credit control and debt chasing as directed. iii. Maintaining a database of Customers and Invoicing. iv. To assist with Monthly Bank Reconciliations. v. To assist with the monthly payroll; including pay queries and earning enquiries vi. Create and maintain a job manual for the Finance Assistant role.
