Electrical Project Manager, commercial sites - Cheshire - £35-40K plus car and benefits

A fully integrated business who can offer turnkey solution from concept design, installation, commissioning, handover and facilities management, for the lifecycle of your project, for all mechanical and electrical contracts.

This business needs an enthusiastic, qualified and skilled Project Manager from an electrical building services background to control and add value to existing and new projects and in turn will receive great career prospects. This role would be ideal for an Engineer looking to take the next step into Project Management.

  • Manage projects from handover by estimating through to handover to customer
  • Manage all planning and programming matters
  • Health & safety and compliance responsibility
  • Managing Installation, commissioning and supporting documentation
  • Customer facing responsibilities
  • Adherence to cost and timescales / checkpoints
  • 5 years of project experience for electrical systems
  • Higher qualification in an engineering discipline
  • Customer facing and project skills
  • Computer literate with strong communication skills
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and want to progress
  • Mechanical & Electrical knowledge
  • Health & safety quals or certificate
  • Electrical or building serves engineering degree
  • Engineering network design capabilities within Electrical set out and commercial systems
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrable team work
  • Experience of Cypher estimating software
