Are you a Business Development Manager in the Commercial Flooring industry? The market-leaders in the Commercial Flooring are seeking a high achieving Business Development Manager to join the already successful team.

*Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 with an uncapped OTE £60,000 in your first year + company car, company phone and laptop, generous pension, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to sell Commercial Flooring products to builder's merchants, architects, contractors etc. Your time will predominately be focused on new business development, whilst the remaining of your time will be looking after an existing client base. You will be consistently performing against set targets to make the most of the rewarding commission plan!

Experience Required:
The Business Development Manager must have a background in Commercial Flooring, ideally 5 years or more. You will also ideally have contacts within builder's merchants, architects and contractors. You will also have a proven track record of new business as well as account management. You will ideally have a brag file of exceeding targets. The applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed as well as showing exceptional communication skills and have clear confidence in a professional manor.

The Package:
The successful Business Development Manager will receive a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience, with an uncapped OTE of £60,000 in your first year. You will also receive a company car, company phone and laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
