National Utilities Contractor that works on Gas, Water and Electric Power Networks.
Achievement of client Level of Service KPI targets
Maintain optimum Work Volumes and minimise backlog of work outside client service level
Ensure your team deliver excellent Customer service and maintain the highest standards of communication to internal and external customers
Accurate and timely updating of corporate systems
Manage the production of daily Schedule of Work which enables all R&M functions to reach maximum productivity, including liaison with Field Team
Management on complex issues/activities
Manage the efficient and accurate delivery of Reinstatement & Site Support activities
Management and reporting of HR, performance, engagement, and career development of team members
Ensure team compliance with NRSWA at all times, performing root cause analysis of any failures and implement processes to resolve issues.
Drive team to manage Jeopardies and eliminate Section 74 overruns
Carefully monitor and drive corporate Streetworks system usage to avoid FPNs
Manage resolution of defects & interim reinstatement process within SLA s
Manage reports for Streetworks performance and drive improvements, including liaison central Streetworks function to attain support in issue resolution.
Maintain positive relationships and resolution of Streetworks challenges via effective communication and liaison with Highways Authorities
Leadership role in key contract meetings, reporting on team performance and driving improvements in wider contract performance e.g. Flash Meetings, Weekly Contract Performance meetings.
Proven Line Management and leadership skills including experience of HR processes and performance management.
Management of challenging situations and individuals
Excellent time-management and administration skills
Enabler of people
Excellent communicator with Internal and External Stakeholders. Key relationship Manager
Good IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and ideally SAP, Oracle and EToN systems.
