£34,000 - £39,000 per annum
Flexible working patterns - largely supernumerary - 42 hours per week days only
9.00am - 5.00pm

One of the industry's largest healthcare groups is looking for a Unit Manager to join their site in Battersea, Central London providing nursing care and nursing management services to this large care home that provides general nursing and specialist dementia care.

Your role as Unit Manager will be to oversee and support the nursing and care staff in all regulatory standards set out by CQC alongside key duties such as:

- Evaluating and development of patient programmes and care
- Managing care assessment process
- Quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Nursing team management
- Ensuring all mandatory training and inductions are complete
- Completing staff supervisions
- Family Services
- Provide safe processes for the ordering, administration and disposal of drugs
- Report all compliments, comments and complaints
