Health, Safety and Compliance Manager

Our client, a globally recognised brand with a strong Facilities Management division is seeking to recruit a Health, Safety & Compliance Manager to support on a number of healthcare contracts across the Oxford and London region.

- Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus great benefits
- Location: This is a remote role in which you will mainly be covering the London area but once a week located in Oxford and with regular travel to different sites including Greenwich and Swindon area.

Reporting into the FM Director, the role of Health, Safety and Compliance Manager will provide professional support including advice and training to a diverse business on all aspects of compliance and Health and Safety. Your key focus will be within healthcare contracts therefore previous H & S experience in this environment is essential.

Looking for a commercially aware individual who is passionate about H&S, and can hit the ground running with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally and be an advocate for continuous improvement and change management within H&S for the business.

To be successful in this position you will have/be;

- NEBOSH diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience of H&S Management preferred within an FM environment.
- PFI exposure highly desirable but not essential
- Experience of designing and running training programs and consistently promoting the importance of H&S across the board with all Contract Managers
- Formal audit qualification (IRCA) with demonstrable audit skills (ISO standards)
- Experience in relevant policy and report writing
- Competent IT user - (previous operation of CAFM systems highly desirable)
