Highly profitable and well regarded firm with a strong reputation for its' services to individuals are now looking to appoint a residential conveyancing head of department to lead and manage a team in order for them to achieve their combined targets.
You will be comfortable managing staff as well as handling your own caseload and you should have upwards of 5 years PQE , either as a residential or licenced conveyancer or as a qualified legal executive.
The successful candidate will manage a team handling a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold conveyancing, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Rights To Buy, Shared Ownership Schemes and lease extensions.
Ideally you will have made an impact elsewhere in the region and be able to demonstrate that. Also it would be advantageous if you have existing relationships and networks that can join you in a new position.
You will be patient and supportive but also someone who can embrace marketing and business development ideas.
You will have ran teams previously and will be fully conversant with IT packages.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live in or commute to the Milton Keynes area.
