Product Support Engineer
A leading software company based in Cambridge city centre, are looking to recruit an experienced Product Support Engineer. Their software is used worldwide from the non-technical home user to IT professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities
Providing technical support to external customers
Ensuring you maintain and improve their industry-leading support.
Resolving customer issues, maintain internal and external knowledge bases to ensure that all documentation is current and accurate.
Testing software prior to general release, working closely with Sales and marketing on customer product evaluations.
Have a good working knowledge of one or more major OSs (Windows, Mac OS X, and UNIX)
Knowledge in the fundamentals of networking (IP, DNS, NAT, port forwarding, etc)
Have excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team-player and can mentor others as required.
Experience in working in a dynamic support team providing support to external customers.
