Reporting direct to the CFO and with close contact to the CEO, Creditsafe require an experienced analyst to help turn customer data into valuable insight.The roleDealing with large and variable data sets of both financial and non-financial information you will investigate the current customer base providing management information and customer intelligence to inform business decisionsThrough the evaluation of customers’ needs and abilities you will provide essential information in order to provide invaluable evidence of customer behaviours which will in turn allow the business to strategically plan for the future You will thrive on exploring and analysing customer data and discovering patterns on areas such as customer relations, anomalies and trends within the data set. Through the research you carry out you will create models that help analyse the key business areas and find new ways for modelling consumer behaviour to inform business decisions.The personAs a strategic thinker who has worked in a similar role before, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in applying advanced analytical skills such as predictive modelling, experimental design, segmentation, forecasting, and developing analytic business solutionSomeone with a degree in a discipline such as business, economics, maths or statistics, you will be able to demonstrate skills that involve working with large and complex data sets and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. It is important that you have a practical understanding of SQL and in-database processing as well as data visualisation tools such as TableauAs a strong communicator you will enjoy being part of a team and working towards a common goal.
