We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join this market leading financial services organisation at a time of rapid change.

We are seeking a solid business change Project Manager to join this leading organisation and report directly in to the Head of Change delivering a number of large projects. As a result of multiple acquisition and systems, the organisation is extremely complex; therefore a Project Manager who has worked in this type of environment would be well suited to this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to work closely with board level stakeholders, and be part of an ever changing portfolio. The current forecast includes change across regulation, new clients and significant changes to propositions. Candidates from Financial Services, specifically pensions, background would be highly desirable.

  • Deliver large, complex projects
  • Ensure all the necessary best practice is carried out according to the organisation's governance and controls
  • Working closely with the Head of Change and business stakeholders to ensure all delivery aligns with the overall strategy
  • Produce high level project plans, and ensure these are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Engage with 3rd parties as and when required

Key Competencies
  • Significant experience in Project Management within a complex environment
  • Background in delivering in a waterfall environment, some agile experience would also be beneficial
  • Financial Services experience, preferable pensions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing reports
  • Confidence to influence at a senior level
