Are you an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst with a passion for IT and customer service? Are you looking for a permanent opportunity and career progression?

Harvey Nash is seeking a professional 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our well - known media client based in Central London. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to ensure that incidents and outages are minimised, whilst providing excellent customer service at all times. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting about 1500 users and the role will involve taking ownership of any issues, and managing the issue through to resolution where possible.

About you:
* Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent understanding of Client/Server technology PC hardware, printers, scanners, other peripherals operating in a networked environment
* Proven troubleshooting skills in Windows and Citrix environments using Active Directory, Google and Print Queues
* Work with service desk tools to ensure tickets are logged, updated and closed to agreed SLA's
* Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced and pressured environment
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
