Payroll Administrator is required for a leading global company who specialise in the oil and gas industry. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent.

As Payroll Administrator you will be assisting the payroll and HR teams with the daily running of the busy department in the head office.

Duties to include:
  • Printing off monthly payroll data;
  • Assist in the printing and distribution of tax forms;
  • Payslip distribution;
  • Run standard reports;
  • Scan pension forms;
  • Assist with recruitment – arranging interviews;
  • Preparing letters;
  • Inputting starter and leavers;
  • Booking hotels and meeting rooms;
  • Preparing induction documentation;
  • Any other ad-hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Payroll administration with a stable working history.

If you also speak French to a business level this would be an advantage.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, IT literate and able to multitask.
