Temporary Assignment - 18th April – 15th September Monday- Friday 9am-5:15pm

A fantastic position for a Senior Payroll Administrator has arisen to work for an independent and prestigious company. The Senior Payroll Administrator will be reporting to the Payroll Manager and this will be a temporary assignment for an ambitious and dynamic candidate to work within an outgoing and hardworking team.

Duties of the Senior Payroll Administrator:

  • To provide high quality, reliable and timely payroll service to employees and managers.

  • Offering second line advice for employee payroll enquiries and HR payroll requests.

  • Resolve complex pension queries both within the HR team and directly in liaison with employees.

  • Update information to the relevant systems ensuring the data is up to date and consistent.

  • The Senior Payroll Administrator may need to handle project work if required, that can include reviewing of processes, refining our use of existing and potential new systems.

The ideal Senior Payroll Administrator will have:

  • Strong communication skills, with a confident approach when dealing with queries.

  • Experience of managing complex payrolls that include such responsibilities as pension schemes and tax year end.

  • Previous experience of working with TPS and LGPS pension schemes day to day administration and complex enquiries.
