2112 - Brand Manager (Drinks) – London – £60-65K – Perm

Our client is a looking for an experienced Brand Manager to manage Drinks brand. This role is varied, located in London whilst working globally with some international travel to key markets, and working with core teams in our various partners around the world and commercial and brand activation teams in market.

Key aim of the role is to pioneer, lead, plan, manage and deliver the successful development and growth of the brand portfolio across the world with entrepreneurial spirit, creative flair, great team play and the courage and conviction to win

Key Responsibilities:

·Direct responsibility and accountability for the brand

·Manage development of the brand portfolio, formats and markets

·Development and successful launch of marketing and business plans on time and to plan

·Managing the allocated marketing investment budget

·Build collaborative, interdependent relationships across and within the group family

·Responsibility for setting up & managing key external partnerships that create value

·Ensuring the delivery of business plans - ensuring design, production, volume and profit targets are achieved

Background / skills

·Experience of operating at pace and delivering outcomes within the drinks industry and a high growth business

·Brand management experience and expertise

·Experience of leading NPD projects that involved innovation, packaging & product development

·Experience of both influencing key stakeholders in marketing and operations teams

·Excellent project management skills

·Excellent communicator and influencer – ability to work across brands, markets, commercial and sales teams

·Strong commercial acumen and numerical reasoning

·Resilient under pressure and in new contexts and circumstances

·Preferably worked in an international role and in multiple countries

·Ideally Multi-lingual – speak a/several European language(s) with English a prerequisite

·Experience of digital marketing
