Our client is a market leader in their area of business services. They are looking for an ambitious, high-performing individual to make a real impact in their team.

THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:

Work with the marketing and wider commercial teams to plan and deliver acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell campaigns across multiple channels and audiences.
Implement an on-going plan of campaigns and automation programmes driving targeting existing clients with a mix of objectives including content engagement, lead generation and ‘click to buy’ online sales through customer online portals
Work closely with their in-house telephone sales teams and our external telemarketing agency to integrate marketing programmes with the sales process.
Work with Data & CRM Manager to slice, dice, and analyse data to create segmented approach to drive engagement across multiple audiences and product/solution categories
Work with our Product Management Teams to ensure solutions and positioned and promoted with compelling and attractive propositions
Facilitate the development of multi-channel content and thought leadership programmes – case studies, blogs, guides, research, webinars, video and events
Help the conversion of demand through the sales process working with Digital teams to provide innovative content and tools.
Work with our digital development teams to ensure content across multiple websites is always up to date.
Continually test, measuring and report campaign and programme performance and effectiveness and continually evolve actions.

A results focused marketer who knows how to drive leads and sales
Highly organised with an ability to juggle several projects and tasks at same time, self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and always looking at insight that will drive and improve performance
An excellent ability to communicate both verbally and written
Keen eye for brand and design, and strong at copywriting – excellent spelling, grammar, and understanding of style, tone of voice and audience
