To run the kitchen operations, working hands on in a fast moving environment & demonstrate a positive leadership style
Manage a team of 3-4 chefs & develop an enthusiastic & committed team
Work with the Business Partners to continually improve the Cafe & achieve 65% gross profit
To assist & develop the team & kitchen at our other site
