We are looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Planner to join our growing and industry leading Interaction Delivery team based at our HQ in Staines - TW18 (Only 25 mins from Clapham). You will be responsible for delivering best next action campaign strategies within our Customer Data & Insights function.

Package circa: £55,000 including, Pension, bonus, Flexible benefits and 25 days annual leave, as well as the opportunity for flexible working.

What will you be up to?

You will be the bridge between the Customer Value management team and the CRM team by maintaining a clear release plan of Best Next Action (BNA) and Lifecycle campaign activity across multiple channels and brands.

You will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns/BNA’s are delivered in time, according to the Customer Contact Plan and in the correct format necessary to achieve customer centric strategies for acquisition, growth and retention. Working with the release manager and a team of CRM campaign analysts, you will facilitate and ensure effective execution of the CRM contact plan.

Stakeholder management is key as you will collaborate with several commercial teams such as data operations, modelling, value, market research, analytics, marketing and Optimisation to create a joined up set of inbound and outbound customer interaction strategies. With very strong organisational skills, you will contribute to the preparation and organising of relevant insight operational governance forums such as the Planning and Delivery forum, BNA release scheduling forum and BNA roadmap reviews. You will also support stakeholders in translating their commercial requirements into coherent BNA briefs in order to drive ROI across multiple channels.

Our ideal team member will be someone with strong organisational, project management skills and an ability to influence a variety of stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate through your application not only your expertise within the field of CRM Database marketing and planning but also a natural curiosity to proactively question and challenge established norms. You will need to come from a solid CRM Campaign management background with significant exposure to industry leading CRM tools such as PEGA, Unica, Teradata e.t.c. and proven experience of driving best practice Campaign planning techniques within a customer focused organisation or consultancy.
