Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, B2B Sales, German Speaker

Business Development Manager with fluency in German is needed for our client, a high growth global startup spanning 190 countries. This role will be based in their London office.

They are a cloud-based business network connecting companies of all sizes and providing them with the platform, network and tools needed to develop apps, communicate in real-time and create value from old processes like invoicing, payments and workflow.

You could be a part of the sales and lead generation team focusing on prospecting Fortune 1000 companies across the globe.

Your role:

  • Create qualified leads by outbound calling potential customers and converting incoming customer inquiries
  • Work in a team based environment by collaborating with Field Sales Team on target accounts
  • Develop new opportunities and activities at high levels within set territory/vertical
  • Prospect at C-level, VP, and Director Levels
  • Regularly attend, absorb and utilise online training and organised training throughout the year


Skills / Requirements:

  • A three-year degree
  • Outbound calling experience in a corporate environment
  • Language requirements - Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly competitive personality
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed in sales
  • Proven record of accomplishment and over-achievement of goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce.com experience desirable
