Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a highly successful, specialist property surveying firm in the recruitment of a dynamic Client Manager. Responsible for outbound sales, you will be selling professional consultancy services to professional organisations throughout the UK.


- B2B sales via outbound calls, UK
- Responsible for sales prospecting
- Maintain and cross sell to existing client portfolio
- Build long term relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Update CRM database

Skills required:

- Professional, friendly tone of voice
- Confident communicator (spoken and written) with a good eye for detail
- Motivated, driven self-starter
- Enthusiastic team player
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Excellent customer service and client management skills


- Outbound calling - telesales experience
- Property experience an advantage (not essential)


- Basic £18,000 - £20,000 (uncapped commission based on performance - 1st year c£5k, which can increase considerably as you become more established in the role)
- 25 days annual leave (3 days to be taken in between Christmas and new year)
- Pension scheme
- Free on-site parking

Working hours:

- Full time: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Permanent contract and office based
