£20,000 to £25,000 basic (Dependant on experience)

OTE £28,000 (totally uncapped)

With an exceptional reputation, Croner are well placed to cover themes and topics at these Events and Seminars that are the forefront of Business Owners / Directors minds. These events are marketed through bespoke invitations, various email campaigns, referrals and social media in order to attract delegates

Job Purpose

To contact business owners and invite them to Croner Events and Seminars ensuring Croner events are well attended with the correct delegates

Job Overview

We're looking for dynamic, motivated, high performing Sales people to join our team. You will follow up on the Events and Seminars marketing campaigns, to contact business owners making them aware of the benefits of attending Croner's free Events and Seminars. You will confirm attendance, and make follow up calls after the Events and Seminars to generate sales appointments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Contact business owners/Directors to follow up on Seminar and Event marketing activity to book them on the Croner Events
- Generate leads, appointments and referrals through day to day business activity
- Achieve quarterly sales targets, and daily KPI's
- Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline
- Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture
- Contact delegates after Event and Seminar to book sales appointments
- Confirm attendance after the Seminar through emails and phone calls
- Send supporting documentation to all delegates
- Excellent call structure and focus on quality

The ideal candidate will have a track record in a telephone based sales role. Industry experience is NOT required as full training is provided, but high energy, target focus and a consultative selling style are a pre-requisite for the job.
