French or German Speaking Junior Change Manager

A global consultancy is looking for a French or German speaking Junior Change Manager to play an important role in a newly formed team who will be imperative in the success of IT Transformation projects. You will be working for a consultancy at the forefront of the CRM and ERP solution industry. As they look to expand into the European market further, your French or German language skills will be important for client engagement.
The primary function of this position is to work with various clientele to successfully adopt new technology into their businesses. The role of the Junior Change Manager is to ensure the client is engaged in all processes leading to the successful delivery of new software solutions.

You will be responsible for:

- Driving people and organisational change
- Developing change impact assessments and business readiness
- Communication planning and execution
- Organisational design and alignment
- Training needs and analysis
- Delivering coaching and support to senior leaders
- Help build organisation vision for the future.

Person specification

- You will have experience specifically around Technology adoption rates
- You will be able to clearly demonstrate passion and the ability to influence people into adopting successful change transitions.
- To have integrated and aligned change management protocol into the business transformation agenda.
- A consultancy background is preferred.
- A proven track record of delivering change management programmes in accordance with business needs.
- Senior stakeholder management experience is crucial.
