Project Manager - Homelessness Scheme


£15,912.00 per annum

Permanent, 21 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Required at our client's project for temporarily homeless families in Chester, as a Project Manager you will lead a team of Project Officers to deliver a first class housing management service. In conjunction with Support Providers, the team help tenants achieve positive outcomes, enabling them to move on to and sustain permanent accommodation.

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of a high quality enhanced housing management service to all tenants living at the scheme. This includes assessing tenants suitability for accommodation at the project, risk assessments, arrears monitoring, ordering repairs, statutory health and safety checks and managing contractors on site.

You will be a self starter with experience of working with vulnerable client groups. The post demands enthusiasm, commitment and initiative. Previous experience in a similar role background would be an advantage. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and be able to assess, prioritise and organise their

own workload as well as leading and motivating a team.
