Our Client is looking to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to work at their Head Office based North of Manchester.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager this is a super opportunity for a - driven / independent and ambitious individual to join this expanding and ambitious business.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for managing the Factory Order Book process to ensure timely delivery of Stock.

This will require you to;

- liaise with Factories and track Orders
- co-ordinate Shipments
- update Order Books
- extensive Query Management and Resolution - working with Internal and External contacts
- working closely with Supply Chain Managers and Buyers as required
- provide detailed Weekly Summaries and Reports
- providing the highest levels of Customer Service at all time
- ad hoc as duties as required

To be suited to this role you will need to have previous experience of Import and Export and be aware of Sales Order Paperwork and Co-ordination. You will also need to have strong Word and Excel skills.
