We require a Site Manager to join a respectable Design & Build contractor in Middlesex. You will be working on Design & Build projects ranging from Office space, Retail and Schools. Other disciplines covered by this excellent contractor include Heritage, Refurbishment and Fit Out projects across London and the Home Counties. The successful Site Manager will have a minimum of 5 years experience running high spec sites in the South East and will have a stable career history. You can expect to receive a basic salary of up to £55,000, along with company benefits including Fuel, Mobile & Pension.

This position will suit a Site or Senior Site Manager who is seeking job satisfaction working for an employee focussed company, who's main priority is to roll out high quality work for every client.

Site Manager Duties:

  • Oversee 2-3 Sites at a time
  • Liaise with the contracts department and produce progress reports
  • Manage sub-contractors and labour
  • Liaise directly with clients and architects
  • Deliver projects to the highest standards on time and to budget

Site Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience at Site Management level (Main contractor ideally)
  • Conversant with main contract forms
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Previous Design & Build experience is essential

Site Manager Package:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
  • Fuel, Mobile, 25 days holiday, Pension
