JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager - Retail

PACKAGE: £50-55k basic, £80k OTE (uncapped) + travel expenses.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • There is full training and 'on-boarding' with the role, giving the successful candidate all the knowledge they need of the solutions to be successful.
  • B2B Sales experience into retail is a must.
  • Someone who can challenge the norm and get people thinking about new and improved ways of doing things.
  • New business mentality.
  • Ability to sell on 'return on investment' and 'goals' rather than price.
  • Real drive and motivation.
  • Someone who genuinely cares about making a positive difference to clients.


ROLE INFORMATION

  • Our client enables any organisation to better manage how money flows through their money, freeing up resource and supercharging their capabilities across all other functions of the business.
  • This role will focus within retail.
  • The solutions are underpinned by decades worth of experience.
  • Your remit will be to generate new business and you will have the freedom to engage with any organisation within the industry.
  • You'll be speaking to c-level contacts in a range of business size; small to enterprise, and who in the most part, will know of the benefits of this type of solution but will likely not have something tailored to their needs.
  • You will get full marketing/technical support from the business.
  • You will be supported by internal sales and marketing support.
