- To deliver excellent customer service standards
- Ensure shifts of covers up to 100 people run smoothly
- Managing a team of up to 5 chefs
- Ensure food consistency and standards remain high even when you’re not there
- The upkeep of cleanliness, health and safety of the kitchen and keep a record of it
- Includes spilt shifts and some weekend work
