Customer Insight Manager
Our client, a market leading company based in Reigate, Surrey, are currently recruiting for a Customer Insight Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will and provide insight into the effectiveness of current and past marketing campaigns, recommending key improvements that can be made to future activity to maximise return on investments across all our brands, products and channels.

To assist marketing team with the ownership of the single customer reviewPlan the work of the Marketing Data Analysis team, and ensure that the analytical resource is allocated as effectively as possibleTo provide all customer data for marketing campaignsDevelop and document robust data processes and controls that the team will follow ·Develop and manage data-driven projects that support and direct the marketing strategy·Provide analytical support to the Marketing Team to ensure that the right decisions are being made in terms of targeting customers·Accountable for the accuracy and relevance of the data analysis·Interpret analysis results and communicate results and recommendations to senior stakeholders and committees across the business
