Construction Planner - High Rise
London
£40,000 - £50,000

Our client is a developer with their own building division, who work in partnership with main contractors to deliver major regeneration schemes comprising retail, residential and leisure facilities. Many of these projects are landmark schemes and often, high-rise developments. We currently have a requirement for a Construction Planner to work on several major mixed-use developments across London.

Our client's project portfolio remains extremely healthy and thus they currently have a live requirement for a Project Planner to join their Central London-based team. Working in a small planning department but reporting directly into the Construction Director, you will be responsible for creating detailed programmes of work to ensure that all projects run smoothly and are delivered on time.

Working closely with site teams, you'll also be responsible for typical planning duties such as monitoring progress, updating programmes, liaising with main contractor teams/attending weekly meetings critical path analysis, etc. They have an award winning training scheme and to quantify this, several individuals who joined this business at a junior level in the past have eventually moved onto extremely impressive management/director level roles quicker than their peers elsewhere.

Ideally the successful candidate will have the following experience:

-Circa 2-4 years planning experience on UK projects.
-A relevant construction or engineering degree is essential.
-Enthusiastic to continue to learn and develop, regardless of your level.
-Proficient with relevant planning software, i.e. Powerproject and/or PrimaVera.
-A genuine desire to work on major regeneration schemes where much of the work is often strategic.
-Eligible to work in the UK.

Depending upon your level, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum a superb benefits package including pension, health and bonus. Contact Richard Evans on 01189 881105 for further details or to discuss similar roles.
