The Role: The new Specification Manager will be responsible for working on projects with regional developers and housebuilders, primarily newbuild. You will also liaise with architects and interior designers, networking heavily and also building relationships with internal stakeholders. Driving shower upgrade options and managing the regional implementation process, the successful Specification Manager will also benefit from great training and strong leadership.

The Company: With nearly a century of tradition behind them and a very strongly respected brand name, our client is a leading manufacturer in the kitchens and bathrooms industry. They now seek a new Specification Manager to cover the East Midlands, to sell their quality range of premium bathroom products including fittings, sanitary ware, furniture and showers.

For this Specification Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales track record in a B2B sector
  • What you have sold is less important than your drive and ambition to succeed
  • Outstanding internal sales people may also be considered
  • You will be structured and resilient with a team playing approach
