Marketing Manager
£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience + Benefits
Based in Sheffield

Dale office interiors have grown organically through retention of over 85% of their key clients for the last 30years. This is an exciting time for the business as they are now looking to expand and drive business through proactive targeting of Corporate and Enterprise clients to deliver substantial growth throughout the company.

The position is ideal for a driven and ambitious Marketing Manager looking to become an integral part of a business. The key aspect of this position is to drive and deliver business objectives through targeted marketing campaigns, branding, PR, social media, communications etc. This position is a standalone role and will be reporting directly into the Managing Director. This role will suit a driven individual who is used to creating, implementing and driving the marketing strategy. This position is a hands on role and revenue focussed.


  • Create, implement and drive the marketing and communications strategy across the organisation

  • Achieve customer acquisition and retention targets through effective use of digital and direct channels, managing cost and performance.

  • Own and deliver the transactional / service communications plan.

  • Work with stakeholders across the business to understand and deliver on their communication requirements.

  • Manage the website content across the brand to reflect the Dale Office Interiors tone of voice and brand

  • Develop point of sale advertising and literature, including window posters, brochures and when required assist the head of marketing with advertising.

  • Understand the customer base and use insights to drive targeting, segmentation and the product marketed.

  • Manage individual campaigns and project requirements ensuring continual improvement in terms of brand, message, process, communication effectiveness and cost

  • Identify and test campaigns within core marketing channels

Personal Profile

  • Have a strong commercial background
  • Have a sound understanding of B2B marketing
  • Ability to create, develop and deliver effective campaigns across multichannel platforms

  • Agency management – customer research, creative design and build, mail house

  • Strong creative and message experience, tailoring customer journeys

  • Significant experience in a marketing role with specific contribution to strategy and plans.

  • Development and account management of partnerships across a range of sectors, including marketing plans, campaigns and evaluation/profitability of each partnership.

  • Significant experience working within a marketing role/environment and contribution to Direct Marketing strategy and plans

  • Successful campaign implementation and management across the full range of direct marketing channels
