Sales & Marketing Assistant/Executive

Bury Associates carry out land and measured building surveys throughout the UK. We are one of the market leaders at laser scanning buildings to create 3D Building Information Models, and we carry out projects for some of the country’s top architects and engineers.

As part of our continuing expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Assistant/Executive.The varied role will primarily cover the development of existing and new accounts, through direct sales calls and marketing.Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining great relationships with our customers.There is scope for this role to develop into a more senior position as our business continues to grow, so would suit someone who has the drive and flexibility to adapt to new challenges.

The successful candidate will have a bubbly, confident, personable approach and will need to be a self-starter.Would suit someone with previous telemarketing/direct sales experience who is looking to develop.

This position is based at our office in Worcester.

Salary - up to £18,500 + Bonus scheme– excellent career progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities / duties to include:

·Working closely with clients, developing long term relationships.

·Assisting Operations Manager with the delivery of the company sales and marketing strategy.

·Pro-actively contacting new customers via telephone.

Skills/Qualifications:

·You must be good team player with excellent communication skills.

·Good attention to detail.

·Sales experience with demonstrable KPI/target achievement.

·Strong IT Skills and CRM knowledge would be an advantage.

·Excellent spoken and written English.

·Good telephone manner – able to forge great working relationships with clients.

·Flexible working approach able to provide office cover where necessary.
