Seeking 3 BA Managers – Crossflatts or Skipton based – PermanentDrop in and meet the team Thursday 27th of April at 5pm.Seeking a new role within the BA profession? We are recruiting for 3 experienced BA Managers to join our growing Change team, reporting to the BA Practice Manager. In this role you will hold full line management responsibility for a team of up to 5 BAs. You’ll work as an influential member of the BA Practice, supporting the development of best practice ways of working and continuing to drive innovation across the team.You will be instrumental in contributing to the growth of the company through the successful on boarding of new clients, either a new originating entrant to the mortgage market or an established lender with an existing mortgage book to migrate. You will provide high quality advice and guidance to Project and Programme Managers & Stakeholders. Your extensive knowledge and practical application of Business Analysis will work to advantage Computershare.What changes will you work across?As a BA Manager you will work as a Lead BA as well as managing your team across different categories of change. Different categories include:
  • On boarding new clients
  • Supporting impact assessments and client change delivery
  • Changes driven by Regulations
The role is wide ranging and will provide the successful candidate with experience in all areas of CLS, its clients and third parties. Projects include Regulatory projects, internal improvement programmes, client on-boarding programmes and opportunities will be available to work with our newest clients Sainsbury’s Bank and Vida Homeloans, supporting their change agenda.Our team work in a fast-paced agile environment delivering just in time user stories to IT to enable incremental delivery of MVP. You will be responsible for upfront analysis to define the features backlog, gathering requirements for documenting into user stories to enable development, defining scenarios and acceptance criteria, critical readiness factors and business implementation, ensuring that the business has all the supporting processes it needs to go live.What skills do you have?You are right for this role if you are resilient to change and enjoy the complex challenges of working within conflicting demands and challenging time constraints while managing a team.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience within the Financial Services Sector
  • Experience of a range of change projects including technology and Business Change
  • Strong management skills to lead and manage teams of specialist resources
  • Effective networking skills
  • Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, coaching skills
  • Demonstrable experience of working in complex project environments
Desired qualifications:
  • ITIL certification would be a strong advantage
  • BA qualification (ISEB or Diploma in Business Analysis)
