Our client is looking to recruit an inspirational leader to take the role of Deputy General Manager, working alongside an exceptional team. This position could be suitable for a current Hotel/Operations Manager wishing to improve their skill set to enhance their career by working in a privately owned multi award winning business!

Primary Responsibilities:
Deputising for the GM in all areas
Taking responsibility for the day to day running of the operational areas of the hotel, specifically F&B and C&E
Working closely with HOD's, providing inspirational leadership at all times
Promoting open and honest communication across the hotel

An approachable and personal attitude
Excellent guest service ethos
Ability to engage with staff and guests alike
Experience in quality 4/5* hotels at operations or F&B /C&E Management level
Excellent organisational skills of self and others
Experience leading teams to excellence
Pro-active and good at problem solving
Ability to manage staff ratios and deliver consistent standards
Ability to coordinate conference & events for up to 300
Experience in staff management and development
The ability to set KPI's and achieve results
