Part Time Bookkeeper
We are working with a new client to our portfolio, to assist with the recruitment for a Bookkeeper.
Based on the outskirts of Bedford, the client has been established since 1996, the Directors combined industry experience spans over 50 years.
The role is based on beautiful premises and the Director has a flexible, friendly approach with staff. You will be working for a small team of 5 staff, in a busy supportive environment.
Reporting into the Finance Manager they are ideally looking for an AAT qualified candidate with a strong accounts background.
They are looking for someone to complete 10 to 20 hours per week, there is a possibility of this expanding in the future for the right candidate.
Main Duties of the role will include:
- Invoicing on Sage
- Credit Control
- Stock control
- Debtor Control
- Bank reconciliations
- Using Amazon and Paypal
They are looking for a hardworking person with a strong work ethic.
They are looking to fill the position as soon as possible, but willing to wait for notice period to be completed for the ideal candidate.
