They’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance and Training Team Member to join them.


As this position is a central function to the performance improvement team you will be responsible for ensuring our client delivers a consistent high quality service to its customers. This is a varied role, which will involve working with new starters, designing and delivering training on new procedures and processes and coaching and supporting the customer focussed teams. An essential part of your role will be to provide results and make recommendations on the outcomes of the quality assurance reviews and evaluate learning and development interventions.


You will have experience of quality assurance and training and ideally have experience of working in a contact centre environment or financial services environment and be looking for a role with high visibility in an ever changing financial services organisation.
