Location: Stanstead Abbots - (Located near Ware and Hertford)

1 minute walk from St. Margarets train station

£22.5k basic, first year OTE £28k-30k, second year £35k-55k.

You will receive around 60 warm leads each week, all you have to do is convert the quote in to a deal. With competitive rates and outstanding benefits each client receives the best protection insurance available. As you focus on sales, the back office administration support will process all your paperwork and deals, meaning you can concentrate on closing new business.

Our Client is by far the biggest life insurance broker in the UK and was formed in 1998. We started with our CEO and one Adviser and are now several hundred strong across the country.

Role Overview

As a Protection Advisor you will be on hand to recommend the very best suite of protection insurance products to our customers to give them peace of mind.

You will be the first representative to speak to each customer following their enquiry, so making a first great impression is key.

Your job is to conduct a thorough fact find over the phone with the customer to establish their wants and needs and then find the right policy for them.

To be a successful Protection Adviser, there are a few things you need; experience of high activity, outbound telephone calls, a long track record of exceeding personal targets, the ability to sell in a consultative, fact-finding and inquisitive way rather than an "order taking" sales style and be really switched on, intelligent and savvy.

We like to reward our high achievers, so it is not uncommon for Senior Protection Advisers to earn in excess of £45,000 a year, if you are good at what you do, we can guarantee you'll make a good living.
