Role Description:

The Business and Finance Manager's overall responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the finance other office systems and to coordinate work in relation to the smooth running of the office and its functions. Flexible working arrangements can be offered to the right candidate. 21hrs per week over a minimum of 3 days.


- Maintain accounts producing monthly reports and assisting in preparing year end.
- Managing incoming and outgoing invoices
- Paying invoices, banking and issuing cheques as required
- Place orders for office supplies and resources
- Maintaining stock levels and conducting regular stock reviews
- Managing contracts relating to the business operation
- Ensure health and safety policies are up to date and being adhered to, as well as arranging annual safety checks
- Maintain office records and budgets
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Participating in meetings conducted by the management about the organisation's policies and the steps it plans to take for its strategic development.
- Assisting in reception as required

Skills and Qualifications Essential

- Good interpersonal communication
- A recognised book keeping or accountancy qualification
- Knowledge of online accountancy and banking systems
- Knowledge of using the Microsoft Office Suite

- 2 years of work experience in a clerical/secretarial/administrative position
