The Role:
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for a number of duties in this challenging and diverse role. Your primary responsibility will be to develop business both within specific logo prospects, whilst managing and developing multiple existing customers within FTSE 500 Financial Services companies. You will also be an essential part of the operational team in the London HQ and as such be more of a player manager.

The Company:
An award winning, rapidly expanding business offering a range of Legal Services; both in terms of projects, insourcing and outsourced services. You will have the ability to meet your client's requirements in any situation. You will have impressive case studies and referral sites to refer to, as well as being able to demonstrate a very strong ROI based on their unique offering.

The Candidate:
You will be an over-achieving solution lead Business Development Director within Professional Services or Legal Services and have contacts in the Financial Services sector. Ideally, you will be someone that can demonstrate a track record of both new business development, as well as growing revenue streams from within a range of existing customers through selling to multiple stakeholders across the business. You will also need to be someone that is highly driven and looking to work in a fast paced organisations that looks for over achievers.

The Package:
On offer, is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £100,000 - £120,000 depending on experience and uncapped OTE £180,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
