Site Engineer. Residential Groundworks M23 to M40. Experienced in using robotic Leica; good communication & AutoCAD skills. £54-58k+ vehicle, Bracknell. Needs current driving licence, can use own vehicle or be supplied with a company vehicle. Covering one large or a number of smaller sites. Annual bonus to 10% plus fuel card. Ideally CSCS, SMSTS.

Formed over 15 years ago this Groundworks and Civil Engineering company is steadily expanding, winning further work in areas that are accessible from the M25. They have work from Bedfordshire to Essex, Kent to Surrey and now are keen to recruit an extra experienced Site / Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor with good Engineering experience.

The Company is a Groundworks and Civil Engineering contractor that works principally for major housing developers, constructing roads, sewers and groundworks for new estates. The company intends to build on this and to run their own development projects. Contracts range in value from £50,000 to £10 m, with approximately 20-25% of turnover constructing new adopted roads and sewers.

You will preferably live within the Surrey / Hampshire / Middlesex catchment area and will be allocated an area based on this whereby you would be generally expected to travel to sites within a 1 hour radius of your home. Covering from 1 to 4 sites depending on the particular requirements of each site. You would have an above average package of £54,000 to £58,000 plus company vehicle and fuel card, with additional benefits of BUPA and bonuses to 10% of salary plus 25 days annual holiday.

Experience. With probably a minimum of 4-5 years field experience, in order to have enough relevant experience to fulfil the role, you will either have a recognised qualification in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying or be able to demonstrate considerable practical skills in setting out for residential groundworks; being fully conversant with current surveying equipment.
