New Way Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Traineeship Manager to work for a Training Provider out of their Redditch centre.
Purpose of the role:
To manage, plan and deliver the Traineeship programme to ensure company performance targets are realised.
1.To manage a team of Tutors and Work Placement Coordinators to deliver outcomes in-line with operational KPI’s2.Carry out and evaluate internal assessment and quality assurance procedures and maintain up to date records of these procedures
3.Support and mentor Tutors and Work Placement Coordinators to help them achieve their full potential4.Implement and monitor quality orientated procedures and processes to ensure delivery is graded as minimum good for all team members.5.Maintain quality standards as defined by External Quality Assurers6.To ensure contractual compliance across all aspects of delivery.
Requirements:·Extensive working knowledge of the Traineeship programme·Experience of line management in the work based learning sector.·Organisational skills and a sound attention to detail·Competent numeracy skills·Excellent IT skills·Written and verbal communication skills·A1 assessor award·V1 verifier award·Management level 4 or equivalent
