To construct and deliver CRM and Digital marketing activities to assist clients to achieve business and marketing objectives for their organisation.
Main duties include;
  • Work with client personnel to establish client objectives and needs, expanding client work with the agency.
  • Day to day management of existing contact programmes to clients.
  • Run our Crew Mystery Shopper Programme.
  • Be responsible for Business Unit Financial Management and Performance Achievement.

Essential Qualifications and Experience required;

  • Business Marketing Degree.
  • Extensive CRM and Digital Experience gained on a UK, European and Global basis.
  • Up to 3 years client or agency experience in CRM and Digital.

Desirable qualifications and experience;

  • Business Marketing Degree, IT/Market Research based.
  • Understanding of the Online environment, including SEO, Coding, Google Analytics and IT Structures.
  • High level of experience of Online platforms such as Facebook, Vimeo, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin.
Additional knowledge and experience;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages and HTML/Wordpress experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of PPC.
  • Management of affiliate Partners.
  • Web Design and Content Management.
  • Online Campaigns, revenue generators.
  • Worked with Bloggers/Vloggers and Webmasters.
  • Ability to assess customer journey flows.
  • Set Customer Behaviour Change objectives.
  • Build Customer Engagement plans to drive, change and measure customer demands.
  • Construction, management and use of data/databases.
